Can I get a Happy Meal with an order of Heroin?

 mcdonalds

mcdonalds2 Ok, I know the title is alarming but it’s true Shantia Dennis, a 26 year old McDonald’s employee was selling heroin happy meals out of a Pittsburgh location. Apparently after calling to tell Dennis you were headed to her the key phrase to alert Dennis you wanted to buy drugs was “I’d like to order a toy.” Now if you all are anything like me your first thought was, “what made her think no one else would order a happy meal???” Unlike myself, Dennis didn’t think that would happen and when a mother went home after ordering a happy meal she was alarmed when the box had a bag of heroin inside! The mother quickly called the police who set up an undercover scheme and they too used the phrase “I’d like to order a toy” and received 10 bags heroin!

Dennis was then arrested last Wednesday on the spot caught with 50 bags of heroin, money, and marijuana in her bra. On Thursday she was charged with criminal use of a cell phone, delivery of heroin, possession with intent to deliver heroin and possession of heroin and marijuana. No other employees were arrested and all claimed to have no idea of what was going on.Store owner, Iftikhar Malik, is believed to have no connection to the drug sales. According to the Associated Press, Malik also owns another location in Murrysville, Pa., where an employee was charged with dealing heroin earlier this year. I don’t know if any of you are fans of the hit AMC TV series Breaking Bad but this sure does sound like the drug plot just instead of chicken it’s happy meals! One location, ok I can believe him being unaware but TWO! Yea seems a little odd, but in a statement Malik said, “The allegations related to this employee do not represent acceptable behaviors and are not consistent with my values, as such, we take these charges very seriously and we are fully cooperating with the authorities. We are also conducting our own thorough internal investigation.” I don’t know about you all but next time you order food don’t just check to see if the foods right make sure you are drug free! That’s my juicy news for the day, go ahead let me know your expressions!

Is good sex enough by itself?

I believe that sex is an important factor when connecting with your companion. When I was younger I used to say things like “sex is not important” “sex is not a big deal” but that definitely changed as I matured. Sex can be a great experience when done with a special person. It is a great expression as well. Although sex is important it is not the only important factor in a relationship. You have to have other additional features as well. Some examples are a drive for success, good conversation, an intellectual mind….etc. (it varies on what the person likes) I’m a girl who likes good sex but it isn’t enough when a man only has that to offer. I would rather not have sex than to have sex with a person with no interesting qualities. In the moment it’s great, kisses are passionate skin is tightly wrapped, yes we’re body to body but after the moment is over everything goes back to surface level. Although I don’t thinkTamar was referring to this exactly when she wrote the song pieces but to me this situation qualifies. “But I don’t want nopieces ..Oh no no no no…I don’t want your pieces… I’m tired of giving all of my love.”   I don’t want a piece of passion.  I want it all. I was in a situation where there was a lot of resistance within our relationship. I could tell that he was not going to be the right man for me but I was so into the passionate love that we made so that did make me stick around a little longer. But eventually I got tired of the incomplete package because I know there is better out there. I can find someone who I can really connect with on all levels. I know that sometimes it seems as if we have someone who’s great but lack sexually vs.someone who is great sexually and lacks the additional features. But you don’t have to choose either situation of lack .(unless the person who lacks sexually can get better, that sometimes can be true but not always the case, but that is another topic lol)  I feel like you shouldn’t settle and just attract  your complete package to come. No one is perfect but you will find someone who is worth your while. Good sex is not enough by itself.

Have you ever got tired of someone who only offered good sex but not many other great qualities?

How would you let someone go once you’re tired of that relationship?

Do you feel as if sex is an important factor?

Should I stay or should I go?

The title describes the huge controversial question that’s been questionable this year. A marriage, engagement, or any other partnership is forced to analyze their relationship because of cheating every day. It may be one isolated incident or it may be a reoccurring offense. Either way it’s bad business and it hurts. The question is after all the hurt, should the victim of cheating stay or go?

Majority of society will say stay. A good example is with Gabby and D. Wade. Everyone said that although he had a baby with another woman on her, she should stay with him. I have to disagree with the majority. As a woman you have to demand respect or it will not be given to you. Let’s explore the pros and cons to taking a cheater back.

Pros : You get to keep your man – You show your loyalty – You won’t be lonely – You won’t feel like a failure to all your friends ect. One false pro is that you taking him back will make things better.

Cons: You will not trust him – He knows what he can get away with it without any consequences – You become insecure – You enable his bad behavior – You settle for disrespect ect.

What he may be thinking if you take him back?? From vlogger @MONTANADELEON1’s perspective.

“Dang, I got caught cheating and all that I have to do is wait on her emotional a$# to get over it and then IM GOOD!!!! All that I have to do is wait patiently for her to forgive me! In the meantime I will be out with the boys having drinks! NO SWEAT OF MY BROW!”

Now let’s examine if you leave him and allow your-self to fully heal or forgive before dating again:

-You become self reliant

-Your happiness is not attached to your man

– You can be available for another man who WILL treat you with respect and honor what you deserve. If we ask the women who have stayed in relationships after betrayal such as cheating most would say they wish they had left sooner. This is because nothing good really comes out of taking a cheater back. It’s not merely the cheating that’s the issue but what it represents. It represents that you do not honor me and respect me enough to keep your body parts where they belong. It represents that you have a bundle of secrets and lies that are the real you. It honestly shows that you (cheater) should be single . Let’s be real every relationship is not forever like we try to make it. If you are given signs and symptoms of a dishonest, disloyal, cheating man, GET RID OF HIM ASAP. You don’t want it to be 15 years later and you’re the co-star of Love and Hip-Hop saying that you have been holding your cheating dude down for 15 years and he hasn’t changed.

Keep in mind that this is for women who respect themselves as they want to be respected. Sometimes a female can give off the vibe that she wants to be treated badly. Women need to not be afraid to be SINGLE and HAPPY!! So juicy crew, #TellMeWhatYallThink?

no cheating

30 yr Old Man DIES Waiting in ER

30 year old man dies- pomp

Have you ever gone to the emergency room and sat there so long you felt like you were going to die? Well that’s exactly what happened to 30-year-old John Verrier at St. Barnabas hospital in New York on January 19, 2014. After waiting for hours in the Bronx hospital waiting room complaining about a rash at 10pm he was found dead in the chair by the security guard at 6:40am. What did the hospital have to say? Well according to New York’s WABC-TV when questioned an ER worker said, “There’s no policy in place to check the waiting room to see if people waiting to be seen are still there or still alive.” Hmmmm no policy to see if anyone is even still alive! Considering not only did Verrier die in the waiting room, the news reports he was dead hours before the guard found him. Makes you wonder how many other people have died while waiting to be seen for hours. The health care system has so many flaws, from insurance to malpractice but to go unnoticed to the point of death raises more flags than one. Is it the lack of staff, care for human health, or pure unprofessionalism? I think it may be a combination but one thing for sure next time you’re in the ER don’t let your pain go unnoticed.

Is it Real Love or a Matter of Convenience???

With the bitter sweet taste of a declining job market and an un-trust worthy economy to wash it all down with, the growing number of American’s living together should come as no surprise. However, out of the thousands of people who have moved in together in order to make ends meet, how many of those people are couples that are in sour, unhappy relationships and want a way out? These days it seems that I can’t skip a week without hearing someone cry and complain about the disgust and dislike they have for their significant other. And at the end of each rant my question to them remains the same, “why don’t you leave if your that miserable?” and that is when a cold bucket of “wells, buts, it’s, rent, the lease, kids, and my house’s” gets dumped over my head. The fact that they want to make it work because they love the person is hardly ever the top priority of why they choose to stay with their partner. I Sometimes wonder how things would be if the cost of living were cheaper and the economy were full of job opportunities. Would there be more single men and women living on their own? And without convenience being an issue would true love be easier to identify, and more trust worthy to believe in? Whatever the answer may be to those what If questions, my real question is how do you know if the partner your with really loves you or if the foundation that your relationship stands on is built more so on convenience?
