I know him as Coop from the College of Business at Jackson State University, but many of you may know him as Cooparachi. Cooparachi is a 25 year old artist from Jackson,Mississippi who is eager to branch off and brand himself as a business oriented artist. You’ve heard him featured on plenty of songs with artists including Paris Bueller, Young Vegas, J.Skky, 4th Quarter, etc; however, the song that has the city of Jackson inquiring about his name is “Magazine”. “Magazine” is Cooparachi’s hot single that was released in April featuring Lil Ron and produced by the popular producer Paris Bueller.

“Dressed to Kill B**** I should be on a magazine”.

Well Cooparachi, if you keep coming with the hot content then I’m sure you will be on numerous magazines. Coop states that he is currently working on his mix-tape that will be releasing sometime this year. The Juicy Expressions will be looking out for it, and will keep you guys updated. YaBoi Rell is a 25 year old rapper straight from Chi-raq. Rell has been rapping since he was a youngin, but in the past five years he really started taking it seriously. He joined  Band Kamp two years ago, an environment with many dedicated working artists, that  naturally pushed him to go harder. When I first listened to one of YaBoi Rell’s songs, his voice and rapping flavor registered with me. He has a very distinctive voice and I was able to recognize him  on any track that he appeared on without previous knowledge. Rell has been doing a lot of recording and video shooting lately. In the interview I did with him, I asked him when we’ll see more of him in the forefront, “I have already shot five videos, this year will be my visual”. This Band Kamp artist has been behind the scenes working, and is ready to come out and give the world more of who he is. I’ve had the pleasure of listening to two of Rell’s unreleased hot singles. Unfortunately, there is still not a release date on these songs, but as soon as they drop, The Juicy Expressions will definelty be the first to let you know what’s up.

J.Skyy, is a 25 year old creative artist from Jackson, Mississippi. The J in his name comes from his hometown Jackson, and Skyy is because he believes that the sky is the limit. His passion for music started at a very young age, as he was exposed to many different genres of music. This early exposure allowed him to develop a talent for playing the saxophone, violin, and to sing. A triple threat, and to top it all off he is drop dead gorgeous ladies! I was sad that he didn’t give me a sample of his vocals on spot when I requested for him to sing in the interview; however, he said that I can hear his vocals when he drops his new EP “Love is War”. The release date for that new project is still unknown.

There aren’t many that you come across that leave a major impression on you, but when it does happen, you will forever remember them. Kevin Mcghee, better known as Young Vegas, is a 25 year old Band KAMP artist from Jackson Mississippi. I observed him for a while and his work ethic speaks dedication. Not only that, but his heart is filled with modesty. I was fascinated by him before actually meeting him in person because of his attitude toward being neglected from the Mississippi’s top 20 Rapper List. He responded on his Instagram, but instead of being salty he used his absence as motivation. From my perspective I appreciate a real humble artist as that is rare in this industry. If you ask around Jackson who the hardest working artists are, his name will most likely be mentioned in the top 5, if not mentioned first. This is not flattery, others and I have actually asked this question.
